I have some significant issues with my lower back and neck. JoElle took the time to review my medical history, issues and best approach. It was an amazing hour of professional treatment. I now have a reoccurring appointment every few weeks. I have had other massage experiences, this was the best by far. Really a 10 stars, not 5!

JoElle does a great job every time. As a runner, I suffer from tightness in my calves and have had other minor strains/injuries. JoElle not only works out the issues at the spot of discomfort but also at the triggering points. She’s also friendly and makes the session very comfortable. Definitely should try her if you’re not working with her already.

I'm not really a "massage" person, so I don't have a lot of reference points for comparison. My leg has been bothering me, so I set up a massage appointment. I honestly was blown away by the professionalism and felt better immediately. I would give 6 stars if it was available!

I have been going to the same sports therapist for 5 years until she went on indefinite hiatus. I have looked around and tried a few new therapists. I had a Thai Massage from JoElle which was fantastic. She has excellent technique and provides a relaxing environment. JoElle is easy to talk with, we communicated during the session to make sure I was comfortable during the stretches and pressure.

Amazing to Say the Very Least
JoElle was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly and explained how the massage procedure would go, which was nice because I’d never done a Thai yoga massage. I like that she stretched me to the point where I could really feel a good stretch because this is something I can’t normally do by myself. The massage portion was excellent as well. This has been by far my favorite service I’ve ever gotten anywhere when it comes to massage! Can’t wait to go back! :)

Truly healing and therapeutic for the body
Catalina's Massage was my saving grace during my two stressful years of grad school in Rochester. I'd come in for a visit feeling overwhelmed with tension, tightness, and discomfort and leave my massages feeling rejuvenated, peaceful, and tension-free. JoElle does indeed have that magic healing touch that not every massage therapist has. She's honestly the best therapist I've ever seen. Not to mention she is incredibly compassionate, friendly, and calming. Catalina's Massage is a gem.

I booked treatment through the online portal simply for its convenience on a day I hadn’t planned for a massage. Relaxing Massage
I received a gift card for Catalina's Message as a birthday gift back in March and just got around to use it yesterday, 12-27-16. Wow, what a wonderful experience, Catalina did a fabulous job, the atmosphere in the studio is warm and calming. As I laid there listening to the calming background music Catalina worked her magic, loosening tight muscles in my shoulders, back and neck. The entire message was fabulous! I will without hesitation go back again.

It's time I finally put into words how much I LOVE going to JoElle for a massage. She is incredible. The work she does goes beyond the day you actually see her. Sometimes I leave my appointment a little bit tender but I love it because I know that the relief will be lasting. If I ever get a massage somewhere else, I end up wishing I had gone to her instead. AND she pays attention to everything, feet, hands, scalp, face - it's the best. Truly truly therapeutic.

Always a great massage, JoElle focused right on my problem area and now my neck and shoulders are not nearly as tight as before. I joke with my wife that someday when we have extra money, we both should get 4 hour massages, so we can get all the problem areas worked out in the first two hours and then fall asleep for the next two!

Fantastic Massage Therapist!
I highly recommend JoElle as a massage therapist. Her work is wonderful. She is not only sensitive to how the client feels during a massage but she knows how the body works and how to approach problem areas to really achieve results. She was able to detect referred pain in my foot caused by a pinched nerve impinged by an extremely tight muscle. She found the source and was able to get it to release and relieve the pain. I have a bunch of knots in my neck and upper back, Joelle was able to work them out and was very careful about checking in with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was ok. Completely relaxing and therapeutic experience- will definitely be coming back!

Joelle is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. Deep tissue massage is phenomenal. She effectively relieves tension, stress and pain every time I go to her. I get a chair massage, as I prefer clothed massage of neck,shoulders & upper back. Her rates are more than fair. It'll be the best money you've spent, trust me. Even when money is tight, I make a visit to Joelle a priority- it improves my comfort and stress level. I've been going to her for years, and will continue to.

I travel extensively via plane and car for work and I have visited professional massage therapists all over. JoElle was extremely polite, courteous and thorough, one of the best. Excellent for my needs, great stretch and focus on areas of need, very personable. JoElle was able to release tension throughout my lower back, hips, and legs. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. The room was nice, and the massage table was low and wide! Being a larger client, I appreciate receiving a massage where I can be very comfortable. Most tables are too high and too thin and not stable for the larger customer. JoElle is very talented and has a big heart. She clearly has a passion for this field and it shows. I HIGLHY recommend JoElle. You will not be disappointed.

Best masage I've Ever Had
My previous masages were too much about 'relaxation' when what I REALLY needed was "Therapeutic". Joelle is experienced and tuned-in.. Worked on recent trouble spots that are the results of my intensified workout plan. After my first massage, my chronic neck issue was greatly improved;less pain, more range-of-motion.Felt so good I went right to the gym and was able to work in the yard all weekend! I will be back to try the Thai massage.

It was an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The background music was calming but not too loud. JoElle was professional from start to finish. She keeps the level of conversation to your preference. I had very bad knots in my neck and she helped to work them out. I will definitely be going back!

JoElle uses deep pressure on my trigger points, which really helps to loosen up the knots in my neck and back. I usually go for 1-1 1/2 hour appts every month. This has really helped to cut down on the number of migraines that I have had. She is very professional, kind, and caring. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
